Spacious one-family villa with two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a bath with shower and a single room, as well as a spacious living-dining room with direct access to garden and spectacular views of the golf course and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The upper floor has three bedrooms, one of which has a terrace and en suite bath with independent shower. There is also a full bath with a tub on this floor. Parking space inside the villa grounds.

Location
Adjacent to the Santa Clara Golf Club, just opposite the first hole, in the town of Otura, Granada. An easy 10 minute drive on the motorway from the centre of Granada. Twenty minutes from the Federíco García Lorca Airport serving Granada and Jaén, with no need to use the city’s ring road (taking instead the Otura-La Malahá-Santa Fé route).
