Below we explain the steps to follow if you want to make a booking.
Since our philosophy calls for personalised treatment in all of our actions, we do not use any type of Internet payment platform, so there is no need to pay additional costs associated with commissions and maintenance and there is no need for you to furnish confidential data.
To make a pre-booking or a booking, please use the contact form and provide us with the information indicated below. On the page of the accommodation you wish to book there is an area where you can calculate what your accommodation's total price will be.
After we receive your request, we will send you an e-mail confirming the pre-booking and specifying the bank account number for paying the deposit that will secure the booking. When you have paid the booking deposit, send us the bank receipt. We will then block the dates you have requested and send you definite confirmation.
The price of services or activities other than accommodation will be calculated, approved and billed separately.

• Steps to follow
STEP 1. CHECK AVAILABILITY AND AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT NEEDED TO MAKE THE BOOKING
• Use the calendar of the accommodation you wish to reserve to check its availability, specify your arrival and departure dates, the number of guests and any other relevant detail.
• Calculate the price of the accommodation in the "Calculate Booking" section.
• Check the amount of the bank transfer needed to secure the booking.
STEP 2. PRE-BOOKING
• Send us an e-mail through our contact form, choosing "Booking" as the reason for contacting us, and provide us with the following information so that we can draw up the contract:
- Full name and passport number.
- Your full address and telephone number.
- Billing address, including fiscal ID code.
- The details of your booking (dates of arrival/departure and number of guests)
- Means of transport and estimated time of arrival.
• Once we have received your personal details, we will confirm your booking within no more than 24 hours.
• Remember that the minimum length of stay in all our accommodations is 3 nights.
STEP 3. PAYMENT
• Make the necessary payment and send us the receipt by fax at the following number: (+34) 958 547 831 or by e-mail at reservas@golf-comfort.com. Once we have received the proof of payment document, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail, along with information regarding arrivals and departures and the rules for using our accommodations.
• Advance payment of 25% of the total price is required to secure the booking. The remaining 75% must be paid IN CASH upon arrival. Remember that without this CASH PAYMENT, YOU CANNOT ENTER THE ACCOMMODATION.
• Important note: The booking will be COMPLETELY SECURED only when we have received by fax, e-mail, or telephone the proof of payment of the 25% deposit and you have received a confirmation e-mail from Golf-Comfort confirming your booking.
• Please keep in mind that the advance payment of the booking deposit in the amount of 25% of the total price is non-transferable and non-reimbursable. In the case of bookings that are fully paid in advance, please read the conditions regarding cancelation in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
STEP 4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
