Please read the following steps so that you are familiar with the arrival and departure procedures, such as the picking up of keys and the reimbursement of the security deposit when you leave the accommodation.






:: Arrivals / Departures :: 

• Arrivals  

  • A contact person will be waiting for you at the accommodation. He or she will explain how everything at the villa, cottage, country house or flat works and will be able to answer any question you may have.

  • The booking confirmation we send you when your accommodation has been secured will include all the information you need for your arrival in Granada:

    • Exact location and address of the villa, cottage, country house or flat.
    • The telephone number of the contact person so that you can call him or her and confirm your arrival time.

  • We ask that you kindly respond to the e-mail at your earliest convenience, letting us know your expected time of arrival in Granada and including all data that might be useful to us in preparing for your arrival (flight number, etc...). This way the contact person can be at the villa, cottage, country house or flat to welcome you and give you the keys when you arrive.

  • Once you are at the airport (if travelling by plane), or are entering Granada (if travelling by car, train, bus…) we ask that you call the number given you in the e-mail, to let the contact person know the exact time of arrival at the villa, cottage, country house or flat.

  • When you arrive at the villa, cottage, country house or flat, the contact person will be waiting for you to:

    • Give you the keys.
    • Show you the villa, cottage, country house or flat.
    • Explain how to use the appliances (air-conditioner, washing machine, stove, etc.).
    • Give you specific information about the neighbourhood, such as the closest supermarket, where and when rubbish is picked up, and other general points of interest about the area.
    • Fill in the arrival document and give you the inventory of the accommodation.
    • Collect the remainder of the total amount due for the accommodation and the security deposit in cash.

Arrivals after 9 p.m. will be subject to an additional charge of 30€. And the latest possible arrival time is 2 a.m.



• Departures  

  • Departure is at 11 a.m. or earlier. If you need a later departure, please let us know upon arrival and we will try to organise things in such a way that you can leave the villa, cottage, country house or flat at a later time (provided the next arrival is not the same day).

  • The contact person will be at the flat at the arranged time to:

    • Pick up the keys.
    • Return the security deposit, minus the costs of any damage that may have been caused.

• During your stay  

  • During your stay at the villa, cottage, country house or flat please contact Golf-Comfort IMMEDIATELY if you find that something is in a bad state of repair, something is missing or you have accidentally broken something, so that we can work out the problem. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something that can be repaired or replaced.

  • Contact us during office hours if you need any kind of information or have questions about the accommodation or Granada in general.
