The terms and conditions appearing on this pageexplain the circumstances and procedures related to the use of our services. If you have any questions or suggestions, please use the contact form to get in touch with us. Please remember that by booking with Golf-Comfort you implicitly accept our terms and conditions, and you are therefore expected to obey these rules. Also,clients must obey all current terms and conditions, those appearing here and also any that have not yet been added to this page, so if you plan to use our services we recommend that you read this section carefully.

• Bookings
- We ask that a booking deposit be paid to secure your booking. The amount will depend on the accommodation you wish to book.
- The payment of the 25% deposit must be made through bank transfer or by depositing the amount directly into our bank account. The rest of the payment for the accommodation must be made in cash upon arrival. Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until Golf-Comfort has received the advance payment of 25% and you have received a confirmation e-mail from Golf-Comfort. This confirmation will contain all the details regarding your booking, such as the exact location of the accommodation, contact details, balance left to be paid and other instructions concerning your arrival and departure.
• Payment
- Once Golf-Comfort has confirmed the availability of the accommodation requested, the client must pay 25% of the total price, by bank transfer or by a deposit made directly into our account.
- The balance left to be paid for the accommodation must be paid by the client IN CASH upon arrival (please remember that WITHOUT THIS CASH PAYMENT, YOU CANNOT ENTER!). There are some accommodations that can be paid in full in advance. For more details, please read the description of the accommodation.
- In the case of advance payment in full, payment must be for the NET amount (bank charges are to be paid by you) and must appear in our bank account at least one week before your arrival. Immediately after receiving it, we will send you written confirmation of the amount received.
• Cancellations
- Please remember that the 25% booking deposit that must be paid upon booking is non-transferable and non-reimbursable.
- If the client cancels a booking that has been paid in full in advance, a cancellation fee will be charged based upon the number of days remaining before the beginning of the booked rental period.
- 90 or more days before: 20% of the total amount. - 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount. - 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount. - 30 or fewer days before: 100% of the total amount.
- If the client changes the dates or the accommodation, it will be understood to be a new booking and the previous one will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation conditions.
- It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. All cancellations, even those that arise for reasons of force majeure, will be subject to the clear and simple cancellation policy set forth herein.
- If Golf-Comfort, for whatever reason, is unable to provide the client with the accommodation booked, it reserves the right to transfer the amount received to an accommodation of similar characteristics.
- If no agreement is reached, both contracting parties are entitled to cancel the contract. In this case Golf-Comfort will reimburse the client for all the money paid (except the amount corresponding to the days already spent in the accommodation, should this be the case). In such an event Golf-Comfort will not be liable should any future claims be made by the client.
• Security Deposit
- Upon arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit and provide a valid credit card number to ensure that the accommodation and its contents are returned in good condition. Remember that by accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that any damage caused by you or your companions will be deducted from the security deposit and also that you will pay for any additional damage the cost of which exceeds the amount of the security deposit.
Depending on the accommodation, you will be asked to pay upon arrival a security deposit of between 200 and 500 euros. This security deposit must be paid in cash. Please read your confirmation e-mail to see what methods of payment can be used to pay for the accommodation.
- All security deposits paid in cash will be returned to the client in full, upon check-out, after inspection of the accommodation to verify that no damage has been caused.
• Arrival
- On the day of arrive, the accommodation will be available starting at 3 p.m. If for any reason you plan to arrival before that time, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. Note that there is an additional charge of 30 euros for arrivals after 9 p.m. For more details, please read the Arrivals and Departures section.
• Departure
- Departure is at 11 a.m. or earlier. Any departure after 11 a.m. that has not been authorised will be penalised. If you need to depart after 11 a.m., please ask us about this possibility when you check in. We will try to accommodate you whenever we can, provided there is no early arrival of guests that day. When doing so is possible, you can stay in the accommodation until 6 p.m., paying 50% of the price per night. Any departure after 6 p.m. will require payment of the full price per night. The day of your departure you must leave the accommodation tidy and dispose of rubbish properly. The person who does the check-out will inspect the conditions of the accommodation and if everything is correct the security deposit paid upon arrival will be returned to you and the keys will be picked up, thus ending your stay. If advance notice is given, we can also reserve a taxi for you for your departure from the accommodation.
• Cleaning
- The accommodation will be cleaned before the arrival of each client. Before departing, the client must leave the accommodation in reasonable condition and dispose of the rubbish properly. If this is not the case, the cost of additional cleaning services will be charged.
• Number and Identity of Guests
- The client must inform Golf-Comfort of the number of guests included in the booking. Unless other arrangements are made with Golf-Comfort, only the number of people indicated by the client upon making the booking will be allowed to use the accommodation. The number of people using the accommodation must not exceed the number assigned for each accommodation, except in the case of children aged two and under. Pets are allowed only when express permission has been granted. Should any infraction of the aforementioned obligations be committed, Golf-Comfort, at its own discretion, will be entitled to ask the client to leave the accommodation and the client will not be entitled to make any type of claim seeking compensation.
• Conduct
- Please note that the terms and conditions established by Golf-Comfort with regard to disturbing conduct such as loud music and parties are very clear: BOTH ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All guests staying in a Golf-Comfort accommodation should know that if parties take place or loud music is heard, or if the neighbours complain or call the police, the guests may be required to vacate the premises, regardless of the time of day or night.
The client, by signing the check-in agreement, assumes responsibility for the appropriate and decent behaviour of all the people accompanying him or her. If this person, or any of the people accompanying him or her, behaves inappropriately or irresponsibly, Golf-Comfort will be entitled to ask that client and the people accompanying him or her vacate the accommodation, with no possibility of future claims seeking compensation. This circumstance would also give rise to the loss of prepaid rent and the reimbursable security deposit. Please remember that by booking with Golf-Comfort you have implicitly accepted our terms and conditions, and you are therefore expected to obey these rules. In addition, you will be asked to read and sign a copy of these rules when you check in.

We greatly appreciate your collaboration in this area and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary and that the rights of other residents must be respected.
• Liability
- Neither Golf-Comfort nor the owner of the accommodation will be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a result of the use the client has made of the accommodation, including, without limitation, insurance company charges and any damages or loss resulting from fire, theft or criminal acts.
Should any infraction of the aforementioned obligations be committed, Golf-Comfort, at its own discretion, will be entitled to ask the client to leave the accommodation and the client will not be entitled to make any type of claim seeking compensation.
• Our Website
- All the descriptions of accommodations and other relevant information are applicable to the accommodations appearing herein. While Golf-Comfort does everything it can to ensure the accuracy of such descriptions and details whenever possible, Golf-Comfort is not liable for any error or omission that may arise.
Golf-Comfort also reserves the right to change the information appearing on the website at any time, including prices, descriptions and photos. Golf-Comfort does not guarantee the state of any products or services appearing on its website nor does it make claims as to their advisability.
- Golf-Comfort reserves the right to update any of these terms and conditions at any time whenever doing so is deemed necessary in accordance with the company's business.
- Users are responsible for obeying all the current terms and conditions, whether or not they appear on this page The mere fact of using this website implies the acceptance by any third party of any possible changes, and that the third party undertakes to respect these changes.
These terms and conditions shall have no effect upon users' statutory rights.
