 How can we help you?

Browsers
This website has been designed to meet current accessibility guidelines. For this to be possible, we have used techniques supported by modern browsers (Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, Opera 9.6 or higher, Safari or Mozilla Firefox).
Modern browsers also make surfing faster and they allow us to offer more advanced content and characteristics. This means that if you are using an old browser, you may be viewing a simplified version of the web page.
You can download the latest version of your favourite web browser below:
Download Internet Explorer
Download Opera
Download Safari
Download Mozilla Firefox

Surfing
This website has been designed to make surfing as fast and easy as possible.
You can use the menus at the top of the page or the ones on the left to access the site's main sections. Once you are in a section, you can access more detailed information by repeating the operation.

Accessibility
This site has been built to comply with as many W3C accessibility standards as possible. These standards are intended to offer all users equal access to web pages.

Adobe PDF
Adobe PDF is a file format that saves existing documents with their original format. This means that when you look at a PDF document, you see the format and structure just as the author intended, even if you do not have the program in which the document was originally created.
To be able to visualize PDF documents, you need to have installed the free program Adobe Acrobat Reader in your computer.
Download Adobe Acrobat Reader
At the Adobe website, make sure you choose the correct options in the dropdown menu before you start the download (e.g. operating system Windows XP or other). Make a note of where in your computer the installation file is being downloaded (e.g. your desktop). When the file has been completely downloaded, locate the installation file in your computer and double click on it. The installation program will do the rest.

Once the Adobe Acrobat Reader program has been installed, you will be able to read Adobe PDF files.

Saving a PDF file
To save a PDF file to your computer, click the right-hand button of your mouse while over the PDF link and select "save destination as" or "save link as". If you are using an Apple computer, click on the link while pressing the ‘option’ key. Then you will be able to save the PDF wherever you want in your computer.

Accessible PDFs
We recommend that users download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to access Adobe PDF files.
Adobe Reader 7.0 allows users to read and make use of Adobe PDF documents and forms more easily – and in various languages.
For more information about accessibility and PDFs, please go to http://access.adobe.com/.

Solving Adobe PDF problems
I clicked on the link but all that appears is a blank page.

Different browsers have different ways of downloading PDF files. Most will ask where you want to save the file and will show you the progress of the file as it is being downloaded. On the other hand, some browsers (such as Explorer 5 with Acrobat 4) load the PDF page but do not have a progress indicator. The file really is downloading and the first page should appear after a few minutes.
I have downloaded the file but nothing has appeared.
You may need to go directly to the folder where the file was downloaded, in the local hard disk drive (probably the folder c:/windows/temp) and click on it there. If that does not work, Reader is not working correctly and you should reinstall it.
For more suggestions and trouble-shooting, go to Adobe Technical Service.

Macromedia Flash
The site may contain animations and improved browsing characteristics that have been created with the Flash format. If you would like to see them, you will need to install Macromedia Flash Player, which is available for free at the Macromedia website.
Download Macromedia Flash Player
If you do not have Macromedia Flash Player, you will automatically see alternative content instead of the things created in Flash.
